Our Mission
Our mission is to be able to let others learn from headstones which were previously just a name and a date. We want families to be able to share the good times of their loved ones and to never forget the life lessons which were passed on. We want to make sure no one person is forgotten after they are no longer to share their own story.
Where The Idea Began
One father’s day, my family went to see my Grandfather’s grave. While visiting the grave, my parent’s started to tell stories they remembered of their parents. These stories about my grandparents ranged from funny memories to life advice which had helped my parents become the people they are.
After reminiscing, my family started to walk along the cemetery and visit other strangers graves. We chuckled at the funny sayings on some headstones and were humbled at the lives that were taken too early. It made me start to think, in the age of technology, why is there not a way to learn more about these strangers lives?
While posing that question to myself, Forever Me was born.
