Started playing sports since age of 4. Played high level youth sports, won the Cooperstown Little League world series. Played most of his games at York Baseball Fields. Varsity letterman in Football, Basketball and Tennis. Following High School, offered a full scholarship to play football at Ohio State University.

Diehard fan of the Professional baseball team in town. Season ticket holder for over 15 years. Attended the 2015 Superbowl, 2014 World Series, and 2004 NBA Finals. Favorite players to watch were superstar 1, quarterback 2, point guard 4. Favorite Sports memory or story to tell: He once saw in the NBA Finals a team blow a 3-1 lead.
